I bike through Kitanomaru Park to meet my friends at National Museum of Moder Art.



The exhibit we saw was William Kentridge.

Kamakura Enoshima Bike Ride - Jan 10th, 2010

I joined this bike ride at Yumigahama Beach because I didn't want to ride ups an downs of Kamakura hills. One of my new year's resolutions is to get in shape so I can do hills.

New Year Greeting by Japanese Emperor - Jan 2nd, 2010

These are not my best photos, but I tried to take pictures of imperial family waving from the bullet proof windows. You can sort of see 6 people standing: they are Emperor, Empress, Crown Prince, Crown Princess, Second Prince and Second Princess.

We are exiting from the Imperial Palace.

We stopped by Yushima Tenjin Shrine to pray for good luck in 2010. This is the year of tiger, and Hello Kitty seems pretty popular posing as a tiger.

My friend bought two arrows, and I bought Hello Kitty lucky charm for 500 Yen. Hope it works!
